Our mission statement
What you can hold us to.
Our care mission statement comes from our quality management handbook and shapes every visit: eleven guiding principles, written out here in full, so you can take us at our word.
Eleven principles
One attitude, eleven sentences.
Read slowly: this is not advertising, it is our internal yardstick. It describes how we care, why, and what you may expect from us.
You are at the centre.
We meet you with respect for your individuality: for your story, your habits and your decisions. On that foundation a relationship of trust can grow, with one clear goal: to preserve, strengthen and, wherever possible, restore your highest possible level of independence.
Holistic and activating.
Activating care means we don't take over what you can still do yourself; we strengthen it. Professionally, we work with the structured care model and its structured information gathering (SIS), which puts your own perspective at the start of every care plan. We follow the expert standards of nursing, the binding professional guidelines of our field, and we stay strictly person-centred: the person shapes the care, not the routine.
Independence and personal responsibility.
We respect your independence and your personal responsibility in every situation. Where they are limited, we work to preserve, strengthen and restore them, advising you along the way instead of deciding over your head.
Our core, word for word.
Our actions are shaped by genuine warmth, appreciation and kindness. We care with heart and mind, and in every care encounter we see the whole person, with their life story, their needs and their strengths. It is our aspiration to create, through a loving and respectful attitude, an atmosphere of trust that conveys safety, comfort and joy in life.
From our care mission statement, translated from the German original.
A care process you can look into.
We plan your care, carry it out, review its effect and adjust: continuously, following the proven PDCA cycle (Plan, Do, Check, Act). The care documentation is open for you and your family to see, and care goals are set with you, not for you.
Your home remains your home.
Care takes place in your home, not the other way round. We arrive as guests, respect your privacy and adapt to your rooms, your paths, your rhythm. Or, in the sentence we use internally:
We do not adapt your home to the care; we adapt the care to your home.
Primary nursing
A team that stays.
Our duty rosters are deliberately planned to avoid frequent changes of caregivers; the professional term is primary nursing. For you it means familiar faces at your door: people who know your habits and your story.
Quality that keeps moving.
We continuously develop the quality of our care. Regular further training is not optional here; it is mandatory for every member of staff, so current nursing knowledge arrives where it belongs: in your home.
Culturally sensitive care
Care that speaks your language.
Every family brings its own culture, faith and life story; we respect them instead of passing them by. Our team is at home in German, English and Persian, among other languages: explanations land, and nuances don't get lost.
Honest about money.
We talk openly about costs. Where funding from the care or health insurance funds is not sufficient, we tell you early and look together for options that fit your situation.
A mission statement that is lived.
These principles are not a document for the filing cabinet: every member of staff and the management identify with them. Putting them into practice and keeping them up to date is what safeguards the quality of our work, every single day.
