A team that stays.

Engel Pflegedienst is based in Barsbüttel, right on Hamburg's doorstep, and cares for people across the city and the surrounding area. Two managing directors run the company; the nursing management organises day-to-day care.

We think little of anonymous rosters and ever-changing faces. Here you belong to a settled team: colleagues who know you by name, leadership you never have to go looking for.

And we are multilingual, not as a slogan but as everyday reality: in the office, on the road and with the families we accompany.

Who we are looking for

Three ways to join us.

We don't run interchangeable job adverts. Whether a position is open is settled fastest in a direct conversation. Our team is built on three areas:

  • Qualified nurses

    Registered professionals for personal care under SGB XI and medical home nursing under SGB V: you carry the care and keep the overview.

  • Care assistants

    Support with personal care, companionship and household help: clear tasks, closely embedded in the team.

  • Administration

    Organisation and coordination at the Barsbüttel office: the structure that makes every tour possible.
