Our services

What we do for you.

From basic and medical care to household support, companionship, respite care, advisory visits under § 37 Abs. 3 and guidance for relatives: seven services, coordinated with each other, at your home in Hamburg, Barsbüttel and the surrounding area.

Seven services sound like a lot. In everyday life they interlock: a morning visit often combines personal and medical care, household support keeps the home in order alongside, and companionship hours reliably give family caregivers room to breathe.

Behind each service stands its own funding route: personal care, household support and companionship run through the care fund, medical home care through the health insurer with a doctor's prescription, respite care through an entitlement of its own. You do not have to know these routes by heart. In the first conversation we sort out what you are entitled to and how the building blocks combine.

If you do not know where to start: simply tell us what has become hard at home. From that it usually becomes clear which of the seven services is due now and which can join later. The advisory visit under § 37 Abs. 3 and the guidance for relatives are open to families who have not booked any other service with us.
