Our services

Basic care (SGB XI)

Personal hygiene, dressing, help with meals, mobilisation and toileting assistance, following the principle of activating care.

Who is this for?

Basic care is for people who find everyday life getting harder: washing, dressing, eating, moving safely at home. We step in where support is needed and step back where it is not; that is activating care.

What we take care of

  • Personal hygiene: gentle, unhurried and respectful of your privacy.

  • Getting dressed: suited to the time of day and your own habits.

  • Help with meals: support with eating and drinking, without time pressure.

  • Mobilisation: getting up safely, moving, staying in motion.

  • Toileting assistance: discreet, respectful, a matter of course.

How it works

  1. First conversation

Call, message us on WhatsApp or use the care enquiry. We listen and answer your first questions, free and without obligation.

  2. Home visit

We visit you at home, look at your daily routine together and work out what kind of support truly fits.

  3. Care plan & start

We agree on a care plan that suits your home and begin your care with a team you will come to know.

Common questions about this service

What does activating care mean?

We don't take everything out of your hands; we support you exactly where needed. What you can still do yourself stays yours to do, because that preserves strength and independence.

How is basic care different from medical care?

Basic care supports daily life under SGB XI: personal hygiene, dressing, meals, mobility. Medical care covers clinical tasks such as medication, injections and wound care, prescribed by a physician under SGB V.
