Registered nurse (m/f/d)
You provide professional care, we keep your back free: with clear routes, management that is reachable, and a team that stays.
As a registered nurse you are the professional constant for the people on your route: you provide care, observe, document and talk with relatives and doctors at eye level. Our routes lie in Barsbüttel, Hamburg and the surrounding area, planned from our office at Kielredder.
What you do with us
- Personal care following the principle of activating care
- Medical home care under SGB V: medication, injections, wound care
- Care documentation and exchange with doctors and relatives
- Advisory visits under § 37 Abs. 3 SGB XI, meant as support
- Guiding care assistants on your route
What you bring
- A completed nursing qualification; with a foreign degree, the German recognition
- An eye for people, not only for diagnoses
- A class B driving licence helps for our routes; talk to us if it is missing
